About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Talent Acquistion Coordinator. This position is located in their busy Parramatta office for an initial 3-month contract.
  
About the Position
Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcing teams, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides proactive administrative support and effectively manages the coordination of end-to-end recruitment. The talent coordinator also provides a positive and streamlined candidate experience throughout the recruitment process adhering to all pre-employment and onboarding policies.

Duties

  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Issue candidate offers including accurate employment contract generation.
  • Schedule and coordinate all required pre-employment checks, reference checks and ability assessments.
  • Case manage onboarding of new employees including engaging with employee, manager.
  • Effectively administer workflow inboxes across internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Suggest and participate in recruitment improvement projects or other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Assist the team with priority work as well as other ad-hoc duties

Requirements/Skills 

  • Previous knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices – desirable.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Products such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
