Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage 2x Customer Concierge Operator’s. This position is located in their busy Gosford, NSW office for an initial contract from 28/06/2024 until 03/01/2025.
About the Position
The role of the Customer Concierge Operator involves providing assistance, advice, and information to address general inquiries. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality customer support services, which in turn facilitates the effective operation of the business.


  • Create positive customer experience in all interactions.
  • Update and maintain records and databases.
  • Research, analyse and resolve enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Transfer or escalate enquiries to an appropriate channel for effective resolution.
  • Provide advice and assistance to build customer capability.
  • Accurately record customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Perform administrative support activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work in the office at least two days per month


  • 2-3 years customer service experience (e.g., call centre, admin, retail)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous gov experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience in an office environment ideal
  • Tech savvy – strong email etiquette, experience with Microsoft suite (Teams and Outlook) and the confidence to learn new systems.
