Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a leading Resources Company to engage a Scrum Master. This 12-month initial contract (+ possible extension) will ideally be located in their busy Perth office; however, Brisbane is also considered.
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead dynamic teams within a cutting-edge Networking Platform space. This role offers the chance to facilitate Agile practices, coach teams, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You will be driving delivery excellence and collaboration across multiple teams, requiring strong leadership and adaptability.
Duties
- Facilitate key Agile events and ceremonies.
- Provide coaching on Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Enhance team performance and remove obstacles to progress.
- Foster collaboration and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
- Manage delivery risks and dependencies.
Requirements/Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Scrum Master certification required, SAFe certification highly desirable.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, with a focus on Agile practices and team empowerment.
- Experience in IT or technical environments is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
