About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a leading fencing company to engage an Operations Coordinator. This is a full-time permanent position located in their busy Malaga office. The company is Indigenous-owned and is rapidly expanding its operations into other states.
About the Position
The role would see you coordinate all aspects of project preparation, planning and execution as directed by the Project Manager. Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently and maintain positive communication with all stakeholders.
Duties
- Oversee and drive scheduling of all projects and ensure accurate schedules are maintained
- Ensure a contractual understanding of all project invoicing requirements
- Chair the daily scheduling and pre-start meetings providing minutes as required
- Monitor QHSE compliance by staff and sub-contractors and make aware of breaches
- Oversee and drive client relations ensuring positive communication is maintained
- Ensure documentation compliance for all project folders
- Attend all handover meetings with the Project Manager
Requirements/Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
- WA driver’s licence class C or CA
- Basic computer skills and a high level of organisation and time management ability
