Labour hire is the provision of outsourced skilled and unskilled workers hired for short- or long-term positions. The workers are generally known as contractors, temps, on-hired employees or even just employees, and are “employed” by Karlka Recruiting Group to provide services to our client’s organisation.

Karlka Recruiting Group maintains a pool of suitably qualified candidates across most industry sectors to be able to meet the changing needs of our clients. For this service the client is charged a single rate, generally per hour, for the labour hire candidate.

Government Specialisation
