OUR STORY

The meaning of Karlka is meeting place. Our goal is to bring together the Indigenous-to-Non-Indigenous network by providing national recruitment solutions, supporting local jobs and making a real difference in organisations nationally.

Our Story

Karlka Recruiting Group was established in 2014 through our joint venture between the Karlka Nyiyaparli Aboriginal Corporation and ARG Workforce and acts as an effective bridge between worlds - Indigenous and non-Indigenous; business and traditional; providing Karlka Recruiting Group with its significant capability and experience.

We recognise that closing the gap in Indigenous unemployment requires a partnership approach with government, industry and community.

As an Indigenous owned and Supply Nation certified organisation, Karlka Recruiting Group promotes diversity and equality. Karlka Recruiting Group works with government and corporate clients and their professional associations to promote the central role we play in increasing the rate of Indigenous employment and retention. Karlka Recruiting Group also partners with local Indigenous communities and their representative bodies where we do business to increase employment rates of local people, and create lasting social and economic change.
