About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Learning and Development Planner. This position is located in their busy Adelaide office for an initial 3 month contract.
  
About the Position
This is a training coordination and planning role, not a delivery or assessment position.

Duties

• Develop and maintain a training plan for the year ahead
• Schedule and coordinate external trainers
• Forecast participant numbers across regions
• Plan for blue‑collar licence and compliance‑based training
• Determine requirements such as:Forklift training, Equipment, facilities, and resources
• Build and maintain: Checklists, Templates, Planning tools and schedules
• High volume of phone conversations and interactions
• Liaising with regional and field‑based workers

Requirements/Skills

• Safety‑focused experience
• Exposure to high‑risk work environments
• Understanding of: Forklift licences, Construction tickets, Blue‑collar compliance‑based licensing
• Experience working within: Large organisations, Blue‑collar or field‑based workforces
