About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Organisational Development Specialist. This position is located in their busy Logan QLD office for an initial contract until 14/03/2025. 
  
About the Position
To develop, implement and coordinate initiatives that contribute to enhancing individual, team and organisational capabilities and culture for the effective delivery of the functional and strategic outcomes required by the organisation. This role ensures project outcomes are met by leading, managing and facilitating change and training activities to bring the intiaitves to life. Support senior leaders to own their responsibiities in leading and embedding changes succesfully in the organisation.

Duties

  • Address people management needs.
  • Design and deliver initiatives.
  • Lead implementation and coaching.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations.
  • Analyze trends for strategy.
  • Develop OD interventions.

Engagement:

  • Champion People and Culture.
  • Foster collaboration.
  • Communicate clearly.
  • Pursue professional development.
  • Promote team cohesion.

Change Management:

  • Design and deliver change plans.
  • Integrate OD initiatives.
  • Consult with stakeholders.

 
Requirements/Skills

  • Degree qualifications in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Human Resources or a related discipline and/or extensive demonstrable experience in delivering a wide variety of complex organisational people management services (preferably in a large multi-disciplinary organisation).
  • Change Management qualifications and/or experience will also be highly beneficial to this position.
  • Possession of a current “C” class driver’s licence
