Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Entry Level Customer Service Role/Payroll Officer. This position is located in their busy Adelaide office for an initial contract until 31/12/2025.
  
About the Position
Looking for someone with retail, hospitality or customer service background who is interested in moving into a payroll position. Full training provided. 
Great to get your foot into the door of government work.


Duties

• Data entry experience preferred
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Experience in using Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word)
• High end data entry skills, speed and accuracy
• Able to work in face paced environment
• Attention to detail, strong computer skills, phone manner for calls throughout the day (volumes have peaks & troughs).

Requirements/Skills

•  Fast paced customer service experience
•  Knowledge of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
•  Reliability
