About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Ticketing & Asset Coordinator. This position is located in their busy Sydney office for an initial contract from February until June.
About the Position
The Ticketing & Asset Coordinator will manage ticketing operations for Vivid Sydney events and provide key support for guest lists, stakeholder access, and customer service. They will also assist with event setup, asset coordination, and reporting, ensuring smooth operations during the festival period.
Hours
- February – April: Casual, approximately 16–24 hours per week
- May – June: Increased hours, approximately 38 hours per week, with availability required for up to 6 days per week during the two-week peak festival period
Duties
- Manage ticketing platforms efficiently
- Coordinate guest lists and access
- Provide customer service support
- Assist with event setup
- Produce daily attendance reports
Requirements/Skills
- 1–2 years event experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly
