About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage 4x Design Managers. This position is located in their busy Adelaide office for an initial 12 month contract.
About the Position
The Design Managers will lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective design solutions. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
Duties
- Lead multi-disciplinary design teams
- Ensure safety and compliance standards
- Review and approve technical outputs
- Manage project cost and schedule
- Communicate with stakeholders regularly
Requirements/Skills
- B.Eng or equivalent qualification
- Proven leadership and team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
- Stakeholder engagement and influence skills
- Experience in design and reporting
