Karlka Recruiting Group (KRG) is a boutique recruitment agency established in 2014 that specialises in public service labour hire recruitment. All contracts and engagements with KRG support one of the largest Indigenous communities in Australia, Karlka Nyiyaparli Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC, where 51% of profits contribute to initiatives which include emergency financial support, improvement to education outcomes, financial development, health and wellbeing, and remote medical services.

 

Our clients range from small to large Australian Government agencies, state government departments situated across the country, local governments, and large private organisations. We supported multiple clients across key sectors including finance, government, legal, and ICT throughout 2025.

We are seeking a vibrant, passionate person to join our established recruitment team. We have seen unparalleled expansion of client requirements year on year due to our culture of caring for candidates and tender success. As a result we have positions available for an experienced Senior Consultant or driven Recruitment Consultant (including graduates). 

This is a true HR position, suited to people that love interacting with candidates and clients in a HR environment. We are seeking people with the right attitude and energy to join a supportive team and company. 

 
Your duties should you be successful will include: 

  • Advertising positions
  • Head hunting
  • Shortlisting
  • Interviewing
  • Submitting candidates
  • Facilitating offer negotiation process
  • Onboarding selected candidates
  • Managing contract extensions 
  • Candidate care during contract period
  • Performance management of contractors

Requirements/Skills

  • Bachelor of Business or similar (preferred)
  • Attention to detail to maintain quality of processes and systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent Word and Excel skills
  • Experience with online ATS/CRMs, automations, and AI tools
  • Experience in labour-hire or permanent recruitment
  • Ability to manage multiple duties at once
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic team player with drive
