Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Senior Engineer Hydraulic. This position is located in their busy Adelaide office for an initial 12 month contract.
About the Position
The Senior Hydraulic Engineer is a senior technical practitioner providing expert support across water and wastewater infrastructure. The role delivers high-level investigation, design, review, audit, and advisory services within the hydraulic engineering discipline.
Duties
- Deliver hydraulic design and modelling
- Work across water and wastewater systems
- Conduct technical reviews and investigations
- Lead Safety in Design processes
- Coordinate with stakeholders and teams
Requirements/Skills
- Chartered Engineer (CPEng) accreditation required
- Strong hydraulic experience in water industry
- Proficiency in WaterGEMS and HAMMER
- Degree in Civil or Hydraulic Engineering
- Experience delivering complex engineering projects
