Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Local Government Agency to engage 3 x Change Analysts. This position is located in their busy Strathpine office for an initial contract from 06/07/2026 until 24/12/2026.
About the Position
The Change Analyst supports the delivery and adoption of complex ERP and transformation initiatives. Working under the ERP Change Manager, the role delivers impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities to ensure successful change adoption.
Duties
- Conduct change impact assessments
- Map people process impacts
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops
- Develop readiness and adoption plans
- Support training material development
Requirements/Skills
- ERP change experience essential
- Strong ADKAR framework knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- High-level communication ability
- Manage competing priorities effectively
