Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a leading financial services organisation to engage 13 x Customer Complaint Consultants. This position is located in their busy Brisbane office for an initial 3 month contract.
  
About the Position
The Customer Complaint Consultant is responsible for managing and resolving medium to high complexity customer complaints within a regulated banking environment. This role focuses on conducting investigations, negotiating outcomes, and delivering fair resolutions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory obligations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.

Duties

  • Investigate escalated customer complaints
  • Negotiate fair customer resolutions
  • Prepare professional written responses
  • Identify root cause issues
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders

Requirements/Skills

  • Banking industry experience required
  • Customer complaints management experience
  • Knowledge of RG271 obligations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities
