Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a non-government organisation seeking an experienced Project/Site Administrator for a Casual Contract based across Cobar NSW / Euabalong NSW / Young NSW for 15 Sep 2026 – 01 Apr 2027.
About the Position
The Project/Site Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support in a remote site-based environment. The role supports workforce logistics, record management, reporting, permit coordination and site administration activities.
Duties
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, workforce logistics, mobilisation and demobilisation activities
- Manage project records, databases, personnel rosters, timesheets, daily reports and tracking registers
- Coordinate permit applications, approvals and distribution of approved permits to field personnel
- Administer project assets, vehicles, materials, equipment and inventory records
- Support compliance with project procedures, governance processes and documentation requirements
- Participate in toolbox and pre-start meetings and support site HSE requirements
- Assist with workforce tracking, reporting and general project administration activities
Requirements/Skills
- Strong safety mindset and commitment to HSE
- Experience working in remote locations
- Ability and willingness to work a 21/7 FIFO/DIDO roster
- Current driver’s licence
- Mandatory 4WD training/certification
- Experience maintaining personnel rosters and workforce tracking records
- Strong organisational and administrative skills in a fast-paced project environment
- Experience coordinating logistics, travel and accommodation arrangements
- Effective communication, stakeholder coordination and record management skills
- Construction White Card
- RIIVEH305F Operate and maintain a four-wheel drive vehicle
- Two professional reference checks
