CONTRACT RELATED
What is the difference between being employed as a PAYG by KRG or through my own ABN?
As a PAYG, you are a KRG employee. This means that we manage all of your super contributions and your tax payments. As an ABN, your rate is inclusive of super, and you need to manage your tax and super. We will also require an invoice from you every week.
Please note, KRG do not accept Sole Traders.
- GST Registered ABN Contractors: KRG will issue a Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) for taxable supplies provided by contractors, where both parties must be registered for GST.
- Non-GST Registered ABN: Invoices are required to be submitted along with your timesheet.
What is Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance?
Professional Indemnity Insurance protects your business from the legal costs and claims associated with allegations of negligence, professional misconduct, breach of duty or incorrect advice that you provide to a third party.

Do I need to hold Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance as an ABN?

When should I put in notice with my current employer?
We should wait until all paperwork clears and when we have the work order before you put in your notice with your current employer.

No, it will be sent electronically through a system called HelloSign. Once all parties have signed, you will receive a copy via email.
Can I please have a separation certificate?
