About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Senior Client Relationship Officer. This position is located in their busy Dubbo NSW office for an initial contract until the 20/12/2024.
  
About the Position
Develop active and collaborative working partnerships with the Aboriginal Community Housing Government Department, community leaders, key government stakeholders and Aboriginal clients to deliver housing and housing related assistance to clients through approved services and programs.

Duties

• Lead client issue and inquiry resolution process 
• Collaborate with housing providers in relation to key client based strategic programs. Manage client outcomes in relation to property transfers
• Act as the local representative and partner in the region building effective working relationships with Aboriginal Housing Providers, community leaders and clients to better meet client needs 
• Contribute to business and performance planning at the regional level 
• Complete work plans, activity tracking and measurements of work schedule completion
• Make recommendations based on subject matter expertise 
• Contribute to business and performance planning 

Requirements/Skills

• Someone with a blue-collar background e.g. Carpenter, trades person, foreman etc. Will be highly considered. 
• Experiences with Aboriginal communities will also be advantageous.
