About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Business Systems Analyst. This position is located in their busy Carseldine office for an initial contract until 28 November 2025.
About the Position
They role would see you facilitating the development of the business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements specifications and perform other business analysis activities for security risk reduction projects. You will document current state process, analyse business pain points, and develop an optimised future state process that aligns with the business requirements.
Duties
- Business analysis, planning & monitoring
- Plan and document the business analysis approach, stakeholder analysis, business analysis activities, business analysis communication and requirements management processes
- Engage and consult with business stakeholders for analysis of business requirements, functional requirements, business change impacts.
- Proactively manage the relationship with external implementation partners, in order to provide solutions that satisfy the business requirements
Requirements/Skills
- Recent experience in projects relating to information security, cyber security, vendor and supply chain risk management, is highly desirable
- The flexibility to undertake on-call activities, additional hours or outside business hours
