About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage Contact Centre Operators. These positions are located in their busy Newcastle office for an initial 6-month contract.
About the Position
You would have 2-3 years customer service experience either within a call centre, administration for retail have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Duties
- Answer customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, digital platforms)
- Resolve customer issues and provide relevant information
- Ensure efficient processing of customer requests
- Maintain high standards of service quality
Requirements/Skills
- Full-time (35 hrs/week) on-site training for 2 weeks
- Daily attendance required for comprehensive training
- After training, transition to contracted hours with support from Team Leader & Subject Matter Expert
- Rotating roster from Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm
