About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Filtration Technologies Company to engage a Customer Assistance Coordinator. This permanent position is located in their busy Kilsyth office.
About the Position
You would be part of a small team and act as the single-point-of-contact for assigned customer accounts and manage the entirety of the order process.
Duties
- Responsible for processing/data entry of orders and invoices
- Resolve customer enquiries through research
- Ensure customers comply with export policies and procedures
- Accurate record management
Requirements/Skills
- Exception customer services skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle and Conexiom an advantage but not essential
- Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
