About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with an NSW State Government Agency to engage several Call Centre Operators. These positions are located in their busy Parramatta office for an initial contract starting 22/08/2025 until 20 February 2026.
  
About the Position
As a Call Centre Operator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing information and support across a wide range of services. This role is ideal for those with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

  • Respond to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide accurate and timely information in line with policies and procedures
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in internal systems
  • Operate effectively within a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Follow a structured training and nesting period to build product knowledge and confidence

Requirements/Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
  • 2–3 years customer service experience (call centre, admin, or retail)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong computer skills – Outlook, Teams, typing, email etiquette
  • Must be based in NSW
