About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an A08 Change and Communications Manager. This position is located in their busy Brisbane CBD office for an initial contract until March 2026.
  
About the Position
You would lead the change management, communications and training activities that will enable the successful implementation of the business improvement program and work closely with program and project leads and key stakeholders to ensure change is understood and embraced.

Duties

• Develop a change management strategy for the business improvement program (involving a number of projects at various stages of implementation and complexity) 
• Develop a communications strategy and plan for the business improvement program
• Prepare and deliver communications material
• Prepare, design and deliver fit-or-purpose training program, with support from project teams
• Support business improvement program governance

Requirements/Skills

• Qualifications in Communications, Change Management or other related field
• Change Management Certification (eg. PROSCI) is desirable
