About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage an APS6 Technical Test Lead. This position is located in their busy Canberra, ACT office for an initial 12 month contract.
  
About the Position
The Technical Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of testing activities across major ICT projects, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure-based solutions. Working within an Agile delivery team, the role ensures quality outcomes through effective test management, collaboration, and hands-on testing.

Duties

• Develop and manage test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing
• Manage defects using Azure DevOps/TFS.
• Work closely with developers, BAs, and project managers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement.  

Requirements/Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Test Lead or Senior Tester.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM testing.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps/TFS for test and defect management.
• Skilled in testing across cloud-based systems (Azure, Office 365).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
