About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Digital Service Representative. This position is located in their busy Castle Hill office for an initial contract from 11/11/2025 until 02/01/2026.
About the Position
The Digital Service Representative will support customers at a service desk by assisting with digital enquiries and helping resolve issues in a calm and professional manner. Full training is provided, with rostered Saturday shifts and a weekday off in return.
Duties
- Assist with digital enquiries
- Support customers face-to-face
- Troubleshoot online system issues
- Escalate complex problems
- Promote digital service adoption
Requirements/Skills
- Ability to work a half day every second Saturday
- Outstanding customer service
- Intermediate computer skills
- Calm under pressure
- Ability to stand throughout your shift
