About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Customer Service Representatives. These positions are located in their busy Maitland office for an initial contract from 14/11/2025 to 13/05/2026.
  
About the Position
You would have 2 to 3 years customer service experience either within a call centre, administration or the retail sector.  Working with a team setting, you would be delivering high-quality service while adhering to set business hours.

Duties

  • Answer customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, digital platforms)
  • Resolve customer issues and provide relevant information
  • Ensure efficient processing of customer requests
  • Maintain high standards of service quality

Requirements/Skills

  • Ability to work on a rotating roster starting at 7am through until 7pm based on 35 hour week
  • Daily attendance required for comprehensive training starting on 14 November  

Internet Requirements (if hybrid):

  • High-speed internet: 5 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload, latency <60ms
  • Stable connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) required for home-based work
  • Contractors responsible for internet & mobile costs
  • Mobile phone with good reception required for contact & VPN access
