About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Account Manager – Major Development Services. This position is located in their busy Adelaide office for an initial contract until April 2026.
  
About the Position
You will play a vital role in managing relationships with key external clients and developers to ensure the successful delivery of major land development projects.  You would be an experienced professional, with strong skills in account and project management, with the capability of building strong relationships across the land development industry. 

Duties

• Champion a major land development focused environment which supports long term sustainable relationships
• Responsible for maintaining long term relationships with major land developers
• Identify where improvements can be made and work with internal teams to implement changes
• Responsible for developing, guiding and driving commercial opportunities through the major land development team to achieve revenue and profit targets
• Use technical and commercial judgement to triage and resolve major land development requests

Requirements/Skills

• Degree qualifications in Business, Commercial or Engineering or significant industry experience in Project or Account Management 
• Extensive experience in commercial and contract management in the delivery of major infrastructure 
• Drivers Licence and White Card
