Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage an APS6 Grant Manager. This position is located in their busy Canberra office for an initial contract from 02/03/2026 until 30/12/2026 with a possible 6 month extension.
  
About the Position
The APS6 Grant Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of Project Development Support grants, including applications, assessments, agreements, and monitoring. They will provide policy advice, maintain records and templates, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure grants are delivered efficiently and in line with government requirements.

Duties

• Manage full grant lifecycle
• Coordinate applications and assessments
• Draft guidance and templates
• Monitor grants and compliance
• Provide policy advice/support

Requirements/Skills

• NV1 Security Clearance Mandatory
• Experience in grant administration
• Knowledge of government frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and judgement
