Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage a (Part Time) APS6 HR Reporting Officer. This position is located in their busy Phillip office for an initial contract from 23/03/2026 until 30/06/2026.
About the Position
The APS6 HR Reporting Officer is a short-term, part-time role leading the preparation and submission of the agency’s 2026 WGEA Gender Equality report and supporting routine HR reporting. The role requires strong HRIS and payroll skills, advanced Excel, and excellent stakeholder engagement. It is approximately 14 hours per week, up to 200 hours total, with flexible scheduling during standard business hours.

- Prepare gender equality reports
- Resolve HR data anomalies
- Support routine HR reporting
- Update reporting procedures
Requirements/Skills
- Baseline Security Clearance Mandatory
- Strong HRIS and payroll
- Advanced Excel capability
- Excellent written communication
