Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Customer Service Representative. This position is located in their busy Ulladulla office for an initial contract from 03/04/2026 until 02/10/2026 with possible extensions
  
About the Position
The Customer Service Representative role is part time, starting with a training period (35 hours/week) for 8–10 weeks. After training, hours reduce to around 10 per week, with opportunities for extra shifts. This role offers hands on experience, skill development, and the chance to work in a supportive office environment.

Duties

  • Handle customer enquiries professionally
  • Respond via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Follow company policies consistently

Requirements/Skills

  • 2–3 years customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fast learner of new software
  • Previous office experience preferred
