Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage 30 x APS4 Claims Support Officers. This position is available in their busy Brisbane or Perth office for an initial 12 month contract with a possible 12 months extensions available.
About the Position
The APS4 Claims Support Officer provides administrative and claims support for a government agency, ensuring accurate and timely processing of compensation and benefits. The role involves managing sensitive information, liaising with stakeholders, and applying policies and legislation to assist current and former Defence Force members.
Duties
- Process compensation claims accurately
- Maintain detailed client records
- Conduct inbound outbound enquiries
- Assess information against guidelines
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
Requirements/Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to follow legislation
- Experience with data systems
