Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Integration Architect. This position is located in their busy Canberra, ACT office for an initial 6 month contract.
  
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Integration Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable integration solutions. You’ll define API‑led integration architecture, create reusable patterns, and oversee MuleSoft platform development while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

This role supports multiple programs and transformation initiatives, enabling reliable system integration, improved customer experience, and efficient service delivery.
 

Duties

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end integration solutions using MuleSoft and API‑led connectivity.
• Define reusable integration patterns and standards.
• Lead the design of secure System, Process, and Experience APIs.
• Provide architectural guidance and support integration delivery teams.
• Ensure integrations meet cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to support new digital services and process improvements.
• Mentor team members and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements/Skills

•  Experience with Mulesoft is required.
