Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage 8 x Customer Service Representatives. This position is located in their busy Gosford office for an initial 6 month contract.
About the Position
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customer enquiries in a fast-paced contact centre environment. You will manage a high volume of inbound calls, providing accurate information and support while working closely with team leaders and subject matter experts to resolve queries effectively.
Duties
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Resolve enquiries efficiently daily
- Provide accurate customer information
- Follow policies and procedures
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
