Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government client seeking an Advisor, Product-Based Operating Model Transition for an ASAP – 3-month contract based in Canberra, ACT.
 
About the Position
The role provides specialist advice to support the design and transition to a product-based operating model. It focuses on identifying products, defining organisational structures, and informing a transition roadmap.

Duties

• Work with stakeholders to identify appropriate products and develop a product-based operating model
• Recommend an organisational structure to support the model, including roles, responsibilities, and capabilities
• Provide advice and input into a roadmap for transitioning to the new operating model

Requirements/Skills

• Demonstrated understanding of government agency operations and constraints
• Experience working with executive teams to translate strategy into structure and action
• Demonstrated experience providing organisational structure advice
• Eligibility to work and ability to obtain a Police Check
• Ability to provide two professional reference checks
