Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with an NSW State Government Agency to engage a Customer Service Representative. This position is located in their busy Maitland, NSW office for an initial contract from 13/07/2026 – 12/01/2027.
About the Position
The role provides customer service support across various channels, handling enquiries and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and digital channels
- Provide information and complete administrative tasks in internal systems
- Participate in training and adhere to rostered work schedules
Requirements/Skills
- 2–3 years customer service experience in call centre, admin or retail
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Ability to obtain a Police Check and provide two professional references
