About the Position
The role provides program and project governance support, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective delivery of initiatives.
Duties
- Prepare governance meeting materials including agendas and briefs
- Record minutes, track actions, and manage escalation pathways
- Maintain and update risk, issue, and dependency registers
- Manage program and project change control documentation
- Support governance reporting through data validation and updates
- Ensure program records and evidence requirements are met
- Assist with capacity planning and SME utilisation
- Track and close governance actions across programs
- Maintain consistency in program oversight and reporting
- Record and manage escalation change requests to closure
Requirements/Skills
- Experience in program or project support, controls, or governance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capability
- Experience using program or project management systems
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting program data
- High attention to detail in reporting and documentation
- Experience preparing executive correspondence and briefing notes
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Recent Police Check or ability to obtain one
- Two professional references required
