About the Position
The Customer Service Representative role is responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers across a range of enquiries and services. The position focuses on providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Duties

• Respond to customer enquiries
• Resolve complaints efficiently daily
• Provide accurate service information
• Maintain customer records accurately
• Follow policies and procedures
• Escalate complex issues appropriately

Requirements/Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Basic computer literacy required
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-focused and reliable attitude
