About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government department to engage an ASO6 Change Analyst. This position is located in Adelaide SA for an initial ASAP until 5 November 2026 contract with possible extension opportunities.

About the Position
The ASO6 Change Analyst will support change impact assessments, training development, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement activities. The role focuses on enabling successful organisational change and supporting user adoption through transition activities.

Duties

  • Assist with implementing change strategies, change impact tools and supporting resources
  • Identify, assess and document business change impacts across affected areas
  • Develop stakeholder communication methodologies, channels and engagement approaches
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support project deliverables
  • Facilitate change management workshops and stakeholder assessments
  • Develop change management artefacts aligned with communication and transition objectives
  • Provide change advice and recommendations to support informed decision making
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication and engagement
  • Evaluate change interventions and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Review change impact documentation and provide written recommendations

Requirements/Skills

  • Proven experience applying change management tools and techniques
  • Ability to analyse complex issues and provide practical recommendations
  • High level attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience identifying and managing risks or issues
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and assessing change impacts
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, consultation and negotiation skills
  • Experience facilitating workshops and presenting information to groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Recent Police Check within six months or willingness to undertake one
  • Ability to provide two professional reference checks
