About the Position
The Project Engineer will lead the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects, maintenance programs and contracts, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

Duties

  • Lead the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects and maintenance programs
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones and delivery outcomes
  • Administer contracts and coordinate contractors and service providers
  • Monitor WHS, environmental compliance and project reporting requirements
  • Oversee project governance, risk management and stakeholder communication

Requirements/Skills 

  • Proven experience delivering transport infrastructure projects and maintenance programs
  • Experience in project management, contract administration, tendering and procurement
  • Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance practices, materials and construction techniques
  • Four-year engineering degree or equivalent overseas qualification
