About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage 2 x Systems Analysts. These positions are available in either their Melbourne, Brisbane or Wollongong office for an initial contract from 09/11/2026 until 07/11/2027 with a possible 12-month extension.
  
About the Position
The Systems Analyst will support major government digital transformation projects, analysing complex business processes and translating business needs into clear technical requirements. You will collaborate with Agile delivery teams to design scalable cloud-based solutions, identify system impacts and support end-to-end delivery, from initial design through to implementation.

Duties

• Analyse complex business processes and systems
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Document workflows, user stories and specifications
• Collaborate with Agile development and design teams
• Support implementation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements/Skills

• Australian citizenship is mandatory
• Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory
• Proven Systems Analyst experience in enterprise environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or SAFe
