Bec Singer

Prior to commencing a degree in Business (Human Resources), Bec worked across multiple industries in customer service-oriented roles. After graduating in 2018, Bec joined Karlka Recruiting Group and discovered a passion for recruitment. She has since progressed to the role of Recruitment Consultant, and then Operations Support.

Bec believes the best part about working in the recruitment industry is the ability to help people reach their goals and dreams. She loves being able to be a part of that journey. Hearing the excitement in candidates’ voices when they secure a role is what makes Bec want to go to work every day.

Bec maintains that the team culture at KRG is like no other. She values the life-long friendships created while developing her career. Bec describes herself as a very family-orientated person and values quality time with those close to her.
