Jason joined Karlka Recruiting Group in 2024. His career spans aviation supply chain reporting, court reporting, account management in retail technology businesses to direct experience as an equivalent APS2-EL1 labour-hire contractor in various state and federal government departments covering warehouse, recruitment assessment, military community mental health service delivery, and ICT project roles. He jumped at the opportunity to assist the team with business development and scribing management.
His niche is problem-solving and supporting others to excel in their roles, mostly with tech tips! He champions resilience building activities for mental health and the use of Karlka Recruiting Group’s Employee Assistance Program during unexpected life events. Jason is an avid baker, francophone (French speaker), and sci-fi geek.
