Jeanine joined Karlka Recruiting Group in 2024, after completing her Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a focus in Organisational Psychology. Jeanine started in blue-collar recruitment in 2023 and has since moved to her current role specialising in white-collar.

Jeanine strives for personal development and finds enjoyment in learning new things. She aims to continually grow her knowledge and skill base to best support colleagues, candidates, and clients. Jeanine is passionate about fostering career growth and supporting individuals and is dedicated to guiding professionals towards fulfilling paths. Away from work, Jeanine enjoys making music and running outdoors. She is an avid reader and lover of hot beverages.
