Joel Whalan

After graduating with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), Joel joined Karlka Recruiting Group in early 2025 as a Project Support Officer. He is passionate about organisational psychology, ethical recruitment practices, and helping others to succeed. His three years of experience in administration, plus his experience in research and data, positions Joel well to support his colleagues to reach their goals and objectives. His main responsibilities include supporting the payroll and recruiting teams, and assisting with projects and compliance reporting.

What Joel most admires about his colleagues is their passion and dedication to a high-quality, supportive, and friendly experience for everyone.

When not at work, Joel loves to read, play video games, and relax with his dog.
