Julie Condely

Julie has joined Karlka Recruiting Group as a Recruitment Consultant, bringing experience in volunteer recruitment, onboarding, stakeholder engagement, and program coordination within the not-for-profit sector. Her background includes coordinating government-funded initiatives, managing resources, building strong community and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring reporting requirements are met to support successful outcomes. Julie’s experience in connecting people with opportunities, combined with her passion for understanding individual strengths and organisational needs, enables her to create meaningful partnerships between candidates and clients.

In her role at KRG, Julie partners with clients to understand their unique recruitment needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions. She enjoys building meaningful relationships, gaining a genuine understanding of each organisation’s culture and goals, and helping businesses attract and secure the right people to support their ongoing success.

Julie was drawn to KRG because of its genuine, people-first approach and supportive team culture. She loves being part of a workplace where collaboration, integrity and making a positive difference are at the heart of everything the team does.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren and two dogs, as well as exploring new places. She describes herself as approachable, compassionate, and down-to-earth, with a positive outlook and a genuine passion for helping others. Julie believes that taking the time to listen, understand and build authentic relationships is the key to achieving the best outcomes for everyone.
