While at university, Madeline took on an administration position at a remote school and fell in love with keeping a business organised. As a Recruitment Administrator, she helps KRG run smoothly. In her role, she handles everyday tasks such as keeping the kitchen stocked and tidy, picking up the mail and answering phones. She also helps with recruitment support tasks and system maintenance such as formatting Position Descriptions and resumes.
What Madeline loves most about Karlka is the people. She enjoys working together in the office and finds satisfaction in hearing and helping out contractors and clients. Madeline is outgoing, organised, and always ready to greet someone with a smile and a fun fact.
