Melodie Thomson

Melodie joined Karlka Recruiting Group in 2026 as a Recruitment Administrator. With over 10 years experience working within customer service, she is excited to venture into the administrative role within the recruitment industry. She has always loved to help others, so with this new opportunity she will be able to assist the team in helping candidates find their next job.

In her role, she will be supporting the recruitment team by managing emails, answering phone enquiries, formatting resumes and handling reception duties. She looks forward to upskilling in this role so that she can grow within the KRG team.

Outside of work Melodie enjoys going to the markets, exploring new cafes and spending time with her family.
