Melody Ghaemi

Melody has completed her Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resources, and has found interest in people and culture. She is passionate about helping others and believes greatly in a positive work environment. She is grateful to start her career in Human Resources with KRG and is keen to utilise the knowledge she gained through her degree in the real world.

She previously worked in the pharmacy department at Princess Alexandra Hospital. Her roles included pharmaceutical inventory management, medication management across all wards, and ensuring these aligned with hospital policy and patient need. This experience enhanced her attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Her passion for helping others extends beyond her professional duties. She is committed to creating workplaces that support the well-being of employees and believes that a happy, engaged workforce is the key to an organisation’s long-term success.

Outside of work, you will find Melody swimming, spending quality time with her family and friends by the beach, or cruising along the coast on her Sea-Doo jet ski.
