Recruitment Administrator
Merata Sinokula joined Karlka Recruiting Group as a Recruitment Administrator while studying a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resources at Griffith University. As a full-time university student, she balances her studies with a part-time role supporting the recruitment team.
In her role, Merata assists with a range of administrative and recruitment support tasks, including formatting resumes, managing candidate databases, coordinating communication, and handling reception duties. She also manages emails and phone enquiries, ensuring professional and efficient communication with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask help maintain smooth recruitment operations.
Merata holds a Certificate III in Business and Health and graduated from Springwood State High School in 2024, where she received a Subject Award for Health. She is passionate about developing her knowledge in human resources and contributing to positive recruitment experiences for both candidates and clients.
Outside of work, Merta enjoys playing the guitar, singing, hanging out with her friends and going to the gym.
