Mitchell joined Karlka Recruiting Group in late 2024. He completed a Certificate III in Business Administration in 2025 while working full time, successfully juggling competing priorities and developing his professional career. In 2026, he progressed from an administrative role into a Recruitment Consultant position, reflecting his strong work ethic and commitment to growth. Passionate about learning and professional development, Mitchell is dedicated to supporting others through his work by connecting people with meaningful opportunities and contributing to their success.

His responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, and liaising with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions. Mitchell is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes and building strong relationships, valuing the support and camaraderie between him and his colleagues. He’s grateful to have been given the opportunity to continue growing his career within the white-collar industry at Karlka Recruiting Group. Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys playing a multitude of sports, regularly going to the gym, attending his local church and spending time with friends.
